Hi everone in my enthusiasm to find a quick and easy solution i have jumped the gun a bit. Alex has spent some time and has set up something that is much better but just as simple to use. I have encluded the link to the site to log into and think that it is a much more versatile and visually pleasing site for us to use. Sorry for the confusion :-)
